Maliki receives Putin's envoy.

BAGHDAD / NINA / Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki received , Michael Ukdanov, the Russian President Vladimir Putin envoy.

An informed source told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / "The two sides discussed Iraq - Russian relations, and the developments in the region."

It is mentioned that Ukdanov met on Tuesday the President of Kurdistan, Masoud Barzani, handed him an invitation from the Russian President to visit Moscow. /End
