Arbil / Nina / the President of Kurdistan Regional Government, Nijervan Barzani discussed with the new U.S. General Consul in Arbil, the current political crisis.
A statement from the Kurdistan Regional Government said, that Barzani stressed on the need of genuine partnership in power, and resolve the problems on constitutional principles, and commit to a federal democratic Iraq.
He noted that Barzani urged the consul to take advantage of the capabilities for the graduates of Kurdistan's universities, and to provide them with employment opportunities in business and projects of U.S. in Kurdistan region.
For his part, U.S. General Consul, revealed a plan to grant visas for the citizens, and providing study opportunities for Kurd students in U.S. universities. / End
