Nijaifi consoles Saudi King Abdullah on the death of Crown Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz

Baghdad (NINA) – Speaker of Parliament, Usama al-Nijaifi sent a cable of condolences to King Abdullah bin Abduylaziz on the death of Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Interior Minister Nayef bin Abdulaziz.

A statement issued on Saturday, June 16, by the Speaker's Office said that Nijaifi sent a cable of condolences to the Saudi Monarch consoling him on the death of Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Interior Minister Nayef bin Abdulaziz.

In his cable, Nijaif said that he has received with sorrow and sadness the news of the death of Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Interior Minister Nayef bin Abdulaziz. He added in his cable that he prays to God to encompass him with His Grace.

It is noteworthy that the Saudi Emir died on Saturday in Geneva where he was undergoing medical treatment. / End.
