BAGHDAD / Nina / The leader of the Sadrist movement Muqtada al-Sadr called to speed up to hold a session for the parliament to withdraw confidence from the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
Sadr's office quoted him as saying in response to a question to him about the fears of prolonged political crisis and lack of solution and their impact on the Iraqi street, "We have to call in one voice, The President of the Republic from one hand, and the Prime Minister accept from the other hand, to hold a session for the parliament to withdraw confidence from Maliki ".
He added: "if the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki felt sure that the people and Parliament with him, he would satisfy to hold the session for renewal of confidence, otherwise he is not sure of it. It is certain that if his project is successful and popular parliamentarian, he must be quick to hold the session."
He said: "the doubts about the signatures and their integrity are not a solution but the solution is to go to the parliament and vote." / End
