BAGHDAD / Nina / MP form state of law, Khalid al-Asadi said that the Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided to exclude the leaders of the parliamentary blocs, from absences for meetings.
He said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / Nina /: "The Presidency of the Council of Representatives violated the Constitution clearly, by this decision, noting that the bylaws procedure of the Council do not allow the presidency of Parliament to take such a decision."
He added: "The exception of the blocs' leaders from the penalty, is a clear violation of the bylaws of the Council, stressing on the need to treat all institutions of the state frameworks, according to the Constitution, the Constitution does not remain just a theory of propaganda." / End
