Baghdad (NINA) – MP from / Watanyon/ Ahmed Al- Aljubori confirmed that "it's too hard to question prime minister Nori Al-Maliki in the Parliament because there is no any legislative Violation against him and he works according to the constitution.
In a statement to National Iraqi News Agency /NINA/ Aljubori said " those who ask to withdraw confidence have to fallow legal procedures contained in Article 61 from the constitution which allows /25/ MPs to question the prime minister or any minister after sending the questions and support that causing the questioning . He added "on this basis there is no any legal base to question the prime minister because there is no enough grounds and sufficient cause for questioning. /End
