Ramadi / NINA /--A civilian killed and two others wounded when an adhesive Improvised Explosive Device went off in a car downtown Ramadi capital of Anbar province this noon .

A police source said to NINA : "The IED exploded as the car was passing through Andalos neighborhood central city of Ramadi, killing its driver on the spot and injuring two others who were with him in the car." / End
