Karbala PC Chairman: the arrest warrant will not stop me from doing my job

Karbala (NINA) – Chairman of the Karbala Provincial Council Mohammed Al Musawi said "the arrest warrant will not stop me from helping Karbala widows and families of victims of Al Nikheeb crime."

In a statement to NINA, Musawi said "my response to the families of the victims to bring the criminals to justice is part of my job in the PC."

He added "I will stay the same. These false allegations and arrest warrant will not stop me."

An arrest warrant was issued against Musawi by the Rutba District Criminal Court upon a complaint filed by Mustafa Mohammed Al Dulaimi, a citizen from Rutba, charging Musawi of leading a force and arresting Al Dulaimi last September. /End/
