Baghdad (NINA) – Parliament Speaker, Osama Al Nujeifi, denounced targeting the Lebanese shrines visitors in Anbar.
A statement issued by Nujeifi's office quoted him as saying "we denounce the ugly crime committed by the criminals and murderers against the Lebanese shrine visitors, western Iraq," expressing at the same time his deep regret for the victims caused by the attack.
He demanded the security services to exert all efforts and capabilities to arrest the criminals and bring them to justice.
Two Lebanese citizens and an Iranian were killed; one Lebanese citizen and 3 Iranians were injured yesterday when an IED exploded targeting the visitors' bus. /End/
