Baghdad (NINA) – Senior Ministry of Interior Undersecretary, Adnan Al Asadi, discussed with the British Ambassador Michael Aron the security status in Iraq and means for developing joint cooperation.
A statement issued by the MOI said Asadi stressed, "the development of security services personnel and achieving continuous victories over terrorism."
For his part, the British Ambassador expressed admiration of the high abilities of the security services personnel and the ability to spread security and stability in Iraq.
He referred that hosting the Arab Summit and the meetings regarding the Iranian nuclear file by Iraq are "evidence on the security forces ability to preserve security and stability of the country and the contribution to retrieve Iraq's position in the Arab, regional, and world surroundings." /End/
