Dabbagh : 5 +1 negotiations will take place as scheduled and Iraq will not be a party.

Baghdad / NINA /--Government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said : “ 5 +1 negotiations regarding Iran Nuclear file will be held as scheduled today afternoon noting that negotiation will not be delayed due to bad weather and the Baghdad airport is open to receive the negotiators.

Dabbagh added in a press statement today that "Iraq will not be a party in these negotiations so will have no official presence noting that Iraq is ready to any mediation contribute in solving this intractable file if requested by any side. / End
