Baghdad (NINA) – Cabinet Secretariat General announced "contributing logistically for the 5 + 1 meeting to be held in Baghdad tomorrow, Wednesday.
A statement issued by the secretariat today said "many departments taking part in these efforts, like the ceremonies office which will be carrying out the reception and escorting the delegations, arranging the residence places, supervising hospitality, and preparation of meeting rooms according to the protocol systems.
The statement quoted an official source at the secretariat as saying "Iraq finished all preparations and is ready now to host the meeting which is the biggest to be held in Baghdad, after the Arab Summit."
The source referred that "the secretariat attended all preparatory meetings for the tomorrow meeting and contributed in setting the final arrangements for hosting the event." /End/
