Urgent / Sinaid: CB starts reviewing appeals by excluded figures

Baghdad (NINA) –The Legislator of the State of Laws’ Coalition, Hasan al-Sinaid, announced that “The Cassation Committee started reviewing the appeals by the excluded figures according to evidences and admitted that its decision was not legal.”

He told to the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) on Sunday, Feb. 7, “Parliament will discuss the Committee's decision,” noting that “The parliament will conclude that the CB’s decision is unconstitutional.”

“A delegation went to the CB informed it about the three presidencies’ request and it agreed about this request.”/End/
