Baghdad (NINA) –The Iraqi Football Association announced its adherence towards ending the football crisis caused by the FIFA’s decision to suspend Iraqi football activities.
A statement by the IFA cited “The Iraqi Football Association highly appreciates all efforts and initiatives suggested to end the crisis, especially the initiative proposed by the Kurdistani Olympic Committee.”
“IFA highly respects the initiative by head of the Iraqi National Olympic Committee which called for national transparent dialogue to settle the crisis without setting redlines or obligations,” the statement added. /End/
